| Took me many days to put this thing together. The instructions are lacking and so are the diagrams. One rail wheel is cracked and I'll be contacting the help line to get a replacement part. After assembling the whole thing I was happy with the product. Why 3/5? The experience of assembling this kitchen island was maddening. Pay someone to assemble it for you if you can afford it. Your time is worth more. |

| We did lots of research before picking this Kitchen Island on wheels. It arrived quickly. The final product was very good, certainly met our expectations for the price. But be warned - assembly was very difficult, even for someone with lots of experience. Once that was completed we could really enjoy the product |

| Cabinet is great. The only concerns are with the wheels and directions. The wheels do not stay inserted as the holes they fit into are to big. Directions for construction are somewhat vague in places.

| They need to package it better. More straps and cross secure them. They also need better directions. Parts should be better ID'd. Maybe stickers on panels crossed in with directions. same with hardware. Put in bags and put ID on bags crossed in directions. |

| The only gripe I have/had were the pre-drilled holes on some parts were too big for the screws. And some of the screws coud have bin just a wee bit longer. Other than that, great cabinet! |

| Good quality materials. Instructions were adequate. Hardware was all mixed together - hard to separate the right screw for the job - would have been helpful if each part had been bagged separately. Top drawer didn't fit - had to re-drill holes and reposition hardware. Not for beginners. |
