This utensil bar system is the best I've seen. I have used this in more than one house. Incredibly functional and very sleek and stylish. There are many useful accessories to add on to it. |

Could this railing be cut, because the 23-5/8" is to short and the 35-1/2 is a little long - Asked about product HA-521.60.609
Yes, it can be trimmed down with the correct tool; you could use a chop saw with the proper blade for metal. |

I want to connect several of the Hafele Propri backsplash railings into one seamless rail. is a rail connector piece included for this purpose in addition to the 2 endcaps when I order my 3 rails? - Asked about product HA-521.60.615
One rail includes the end caps, but you can use one end cap as a connector to another rail. It won't look exactly seamless, because you will see part of that connector when you connect two rails together. |

How should the rail be mounted if we plan on installing a solid surface backsplash? Thank you. - Asked about product HA-521.60.615
You can find the installation instructions on this page: Click here
The railing comes with a wall anchor that appears to be referred to in instructions as a “dowel”. This should be an expanding anchor or a “mollie” as we refer to them in the U.S. While installing, you would have to mark locations for screws. Drill proper hole for wall anchor (dowel, mollie), insert anchor, and then install railing with screw into anchor. |

How is this item mounted? To the cabinet or to the backsplash? I will have a subway tile backslash. - Asked about product HA-521.60.609
This is normally mounted to the backsplash so with tiles it would require drilling through tiles. |
